IN CASE SIMULA IS FOUND TO BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, SIMULA’ S ENTIRE LIABILITY SHALL BE IN NO EVENT MORE THAN THREE THOUSAND NEW TAIWAN DOLLARS (NT$ 3, 000).

The Terms and the relationship between you and Simula shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China without regard to its conflict of law provisions and each party shall submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the Taoyuan District Court, Taiwan, R.O.C..
You shall not sell, assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Terms to any third party.
Unless otherwise provided by an agreement between you and Simula, the Terms, supersedes all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Simula and govern your use of the Site.
